Capítulo Perfeito powered by Billabong: Prize For Best Female Surfer Includes Luxury Trip To The Mentawai

CASCAIS (February 17, 2025) – Capitulo Perfeito powered by Billabong, the one-day invite-only tuberiding contest taking place at Carcavelos Beach, Portugal, will feature a women-only heat for the first time in the event’s history. Francisca Veselko, Yolanda Hopkins, Mafalda Lopes and Camila Cardoso will be the stars of a much-expected tube duel taking place between the Semis and the Final.

The winner of the unprecedented Women Special Heat will be awarded with a 10-day stay in the Mentawai aboard one of the luxurious Sibon Charters, plus 500 EUR checks from Globalis and MP Clinic.

Sibon Charters offer the ultimate surf experience in the Mentawai, with two different modern aluminum catamarans providing all the luxuries of a floating 5-star hotel. The 10-day stay includes transfers from/to the airport, three gourmet meals per day, one 24-pack of the best local beer per guest, stand up paddle boards, snorkel, fishing gear and speedboats.

In 2025, for the first time in the history of Capitulo Perfeito, the 16-men heat draw will have a last-minute closure as contest directors are holding the final slot to be appointed to a world-class tube wizard who has unanimously stood out this season worldwide. The Performance Wildcard will be announced shortly after the event goes green.
