Perfect Chapter powered by Billabong: Heat draw updated

The heat draw for the 9th annual Perfect Chapter powered by Billabong has been changed due to newly announced withdrawals.

Balaram Stack and Nathan Hedge, originally among the 16 invitees, will not be able to attend the competition due to logistical impasses, urging the organization to make the necessary replacements.

As last-minute invitees, Brazilian Pedro Calado and Frenchman William Aliotti are now part of the heat draw and expected to put on a show particularly on Carcavelos’ powerful lefthanders.

This will be the second time for both goofy-footers competing in the Perfect Chapter powered by Billabong, Aliotti as a previous champion (Nazaré, 2018) and Calado as one of the 2020 edition’s standouts.
