Capitulo Perfeito Extends Waiting Period Until March 31

As conditions did not align between March 14 and March 20, the 12th annual Cascais Capitulo Perfeito powered by Billabong has made the unprecedented decision to extend its waiting period in Cascais until March 31.

Originally scheduled to run between January 12 and March 12, the event had identified a potential opportunity window between March 14 and March 20, when forecasts suggested several promising Northwest swells approaching the Portuguese coast. However, despite those indications, the ideal combination of swell intensity and wind conditions did not materialize at Carcavelos Beach.

In the search for a day that meets all the requirements for running the event in its best possible conditions, organizers have now decided to prolong the waiting period until the end of the month.
